Well I think for the team, if we all feel like we are more experienced in our domain and we are most passionate about, for me it's managing a startup team and managing the process from an idea to pushing it to fruition for our chief designer Matias I think it's really creating great design around a great concept and bringing people... getting ... engaging people through design and with our programmers, it's using technology in a simple way to serve creative professionals and if we are going to be successful, if all of us feel like we're that much better at it, at a starting level, of course up from there, I think we all want our equity to be worth something. We want Behance to be profitable, to make this fun experience also able to pay the bills, and I think that we also care a lot about the relationships with the created on the team and I feel like whatever happens, we'll work together in other capacities later on. So in that sense I feel like every day is an investment in something and if you learn one thing from studying so many other entrepreneurial stories, you learn that you don't know what the investment is in. You don't necessarily know what will come of it. You don't know what the technology that we're creating will be used for exactly. You don't know who will use the products in the site, the ones that aren't launched. So we have to kind of have some faith in what we believe will be the right path but also some openness to whatever happens.
